Located on the edge of town next to the Murray River, 80 acres of lake and recreation area are to be found. The entire family can enjoy the Lakes Complex, with features such as a 4.5 km cycle and walking track, which winds its way around the lake, through lush lawns and natural bush settings that reveal an abundance of native flora and fauna.

Free electric barbecue and picnic facilities are available, also an amenities block complete with showers, toilets and mother's room is situated close at hand.

The Lakes Complex is closed at 8-00pm during Daylight Savings EST and during the winter months the complex is closed at 6-00pm.
